Join us for the 2nd Annual Whiskey Baron Run on Saturday August 12th at 8:00 AM. The 5K Run/1K Walk starts at the GAR Hall 416 Hamilton Blvd, in downtown Peoria. There will be an open house featuring local historical authors Ken Zurski, Judy Rosella Edwards, will be telling quick tales from Peoria’s past, and we will be having a fast-paced living museum with folks portraying Peoria icons such as Mayor Woodruff, Annie Malone, Thomas Lindsay, and Richard Pryor.
Packet Pickup will be on Friday, August 11th, from 8am to 1pm at the GAR Hall located at 416 Hamilton Boulevard, in downtown Peoria.
